Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or final sale reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
